Gore Bay Boardwalk is a great way to sightsee the waterfront community of Gore Bay, Ontario on Manitoulin Island.

The boardwalk pathway follows along the southern shores of the protected bay connecting to services including the local marina, restaurants and some village stores.

The boardwalk explores around the bay providing views of the harbour, wildlife and the comings and goings of marine traffic.

Located at the western end of the bay is a wetland marsh and some great opportunities for viewing various bird species who live and visit in the community.

Located along the boardwalk pathway (some say the longest on the island) are some viewing towers, lookout decks and sightseeing benches.

Much of the boardwalk pathway in Gore Bay is wheelchair and baby stroller friendly.
