BC Golf Courses in the Nicola Valley
Merritt BC golfing includes two very different Nicola Valley golf courses. One is a public course suited for every day golfers located in the Community of Merritt. The other is an excutive links golf course which is located in the Quilchena area of the Nicola Valley and it is considerable more difficult.
Merritt BC Golfing and Golf Course
The Merritt Golf Course is located in the community of Merritt BC Canada and it is a 6200 yard (men’s) or 5200 yard (women’s) 9 hole course. Included are two par 5, five par 4 and two par 3’s.
The local golf course located in the Merritt winds its way back and forth over the Nicola River. The easy walking and golf cart friendly golf course is challenging to some and affordable to all. On site at the Merritt golf course is a putting range, 2400 foot clubhouse with snack food menu, and golf pro shop.
Nicola Valley Golfing and Golf Course
Merritt BC Golfing is also enjoyed at the Sagebrush Golf & Sporting Club. Thsi golf venue is an excecutive links golf course that is available to the public, however booking is highly recommended as limits on the links exist. That’s because Sagebrush wants you to golf at your pace. Unique to Sagebrush is the Hideout where one can fish mid-round, and then afterwards golfers can enjoy the Badlands or Double Eight venues.
